Toyota Industries Europe is expanding and recruiting a Corporate Insurance Risk Manager. This is the dream role for you who have work experience in insurance management from an international business and are now ready to take the next step in your career. The role is based in Mjölby with the possibility to work remotely a few days a week. The recruitment process is handled by Mpya Finance.

Here you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from several business units within the group in Europe, including Toyota Material Handling Europe, Vanderlande, and Viastore, as well as with Toyota Industries Corporation in Japan. Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and drive insurance and risk strategies and ensure that there is effective and business-adapted insurance coverage. You will work closely with colleagues in finance, legal, and risk management and be an advisory partner contributing to effective and cost-conscious insurance coverage for the business in Europe. You will report directly to the General Counsel.

• Manage and follow up on the insurance portfolio
• Support and contribute insurance-related input in tenders and projects
• Manage the organization's insurances and collaborations with brokers and insurance companies
• Conduct training and contribute to increased knowledge about risk and insurance
• Participate in corporate acquisitions by analyzing risks and conducting insurance-related due diligence
• Follow developments in legislation and the market to ensure correct insurance coverage

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an academic background in economics or law. You have several years of relevant work experience and have also gained knowledge in insurance or risk management (preferably within a complex and international business). Thus, we see that you have good knowledge of various insurance solutions, claims management, and risk reduction. You also have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are analytical and have a good ability to interpret financial information. You are described as driven, meticulous, and self-sufficient, valuing high quality in your work. You are a curious team player with good communication skills and can easily adapt your message to different target groups and explain complex issues clearly and pedagogically.
